Cinque anni fa, In quello che fu il Border Circolo Arci, io Max'el e Diabolikus, ci trovammo ad immaginare una serata dark che fosse diversa da tutto quello che già esisteva.
Diversa nella proposta musicale, non legata alle solite cover band, ne tanto meno alle playlist scontate e sempre uguali che la facevano da padrone in quel momento.
Una serata che fosse Club. Una serata che partendo dagli amici si potesse allargare oltre i confini, talvolta toccando generi e situazioni più estreme.

Ho perso il conto delle serate, non ricordo il numero delle band ospitate in cinque anni e tre club. Ma vi ringrazio di cuore per aver condiviso questo percorso di confine con me. Giulio

On an imaginary map of cold and danceable synth sonorities that have been explored for four decades, Vague Scare would be placed right at the heart of an archipelago in which haunting darkwave, sparkling 80s synthpop and cold wave all meet together. Their first album "Classified" mixes dark and icy atmospheres with pop sensiblity. The duo released the CD version on their own label Scarsquare Recordings in August 2017, and the cassette version was released a few months later by SpiderChild Records (Austin, TX. USA.) Vague Scare shared stages with bands like She Past Away or Parade Ground.
